ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੋਟੇ-ਮੋਟੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ 90% ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਲਗਭਗ ਹਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਣ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

AEO ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਹਨ। ਏਈਓ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਡੇਟਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
AEO ਹੁਨਰਮੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਹੁਨਰਮੰਦ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਡੇਟਾ ਵੀ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ।
